Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on pallabianca.com. By completing your purchase, you accept these Terms & Conditions. We may update them from time to time with effect for future purchases.

Prices

All prices on pallabianca.com are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including 25% VAT. The total price including shipping and any fees is shown before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Payment & payment methods

Pallabianca.com accepts the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • MobilePay
  • Apple Pay
  • Maestro
  • UnionPay

Payment details are transmitted securely and encrypted via SSL. Your card is not charged until your order is dispatched. We do not store your card details. Prices may be displayed in both DKK and EUR.

Right of withdrawal (returns)

If you wish to cancel, exchange, or return your purchase, you must notify Palla Bianca within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must then be returned to us within a further 14 days. Return shipping costs are at the customer's own expense.

You may choose between a refund or an exchange. Please complete and enclose the return slip included with your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging. You are welcome to try the product as you would in a physical store. Any returns that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected by Palla Bianca.

Use of item & depreciation

If an item has been used, we reserve the right to reduce the refund by an amount corresponding to the depreciation in the item's value.

  • Light use will typically result in a minor reduction.
  • If the item is damaged or cannot be resold, the depreciation may equal the full purchase price.
  • In the case of damaged goods, we will contact you to clarify whether you would like the item returned or disposed of.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Hygiene products with a broken seal (e.g. underwear, socks)
  • Personalised or custom-made products

The customer bears the return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal. Items must be returned in secure, original packaging that protects them during transit. We recommend keeping your proof of postage as documentation.

Statutory right of complaint

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. The statutory right of complaint is 2 years. You are entitled to:

  • A refund
  • A replacement
  • A price reduction
  • Repair

We cover return shipping costs in the case of a valid complaint.

Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, IT outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, strikes, war, or orders from public authorities.

Governing law & jurisdiction

Purchases made on pallabianca.com are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the Danish courts, with jurisdiction at Palla Bianca's registered place of business.

EU consumers may also submit a complaint via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
