Returns
We always offer free returns and a 30-day return window on all orders within Denmark. Below you can read more about our return instructions, general return service, and what to do in the event of a complaint.

1. How to return your order
Returning your Palla Bianca order is simple. Send an e-mail to fore@pallabianca.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will get back to you with further instructions and a free return label.
If you experience any difficulties, do not hesitate to contact us at the same address.
2. Processing time
Refunds will typically be processed within 7–9 business days of us receiving your parcel. This also applies if you have opted for a store credit. You will receive a written confirmation by e-mail once your return has been fully processed.
If you used a gift card to pay for your order, the amount will always be refunded to the gift card first, with any remaining balance returned via your original payment method.
3. We offer refunds only
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, simply return the item and we will issue a full refund. In the meantime, you are welcome to place a new order for the desired size on pallabianca.com.
4. Return conditions
You are entitled to return your items for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be returned in the same condition as received, including any bag and hang-tag.

The item must be unworn. You are welcome to try items on to check size and fit. If there is evidence that an item has been worn, the right to a refund is forfeited.

For some products, the packaging is considered part of the product and must not be broken — for example socks or underwear. If the packaging on these items has been opened, we are unfortunately unable to accept the return.
5. Use of item & depreciation
If an item has been used, we reserve the right to reduce the refund by an amount corresponding to the depreciation in the item's value.

Light use will typically result in a minor reduction.

If the item is damaged or cannot be resold, the depreciation may equal the full purchase price.

In the case of damaged goods, we will contact you to clarify whether you would like the item returned or disposed of.
6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return where the seal has been broken after delivery (e.g. underwear, socks).
Return shipping costs are at the customer's own expense when exercising the right of withdrawal. Items must be returned in secure, original packaging that protects them during transit. We recommend keeping your proof of postage as documentation.
7. Complaints
In the event of a complaint, product defect, or similar issue, please send an e-mail to fore@pallabianca.com.
Please include a description of the issue and attach photos where possible to support your complaint, so our customer service team can assess your case. You will be contacted directly by e-mail, and we will work together to find the best solution.
8. Returns of bundles
Our return policy for bundles requires that all items in the bundle are returned in order to receive a full refund. If only part of a bundle is returned, all items will be valued at their full individual prices and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
